Many people are good about pausing to be grateful on a daily or weekly basis for the things they have and the people in their lives. Yet, we still long for those special days of celebration together - like Thanksgiving. This year, of course, will be different.. We will not all be able to gather in ways we have in the past. I am sure by now, you are all coming up with creative ideas for ways to celebrate even in a time when we have experienced things that don’t exactly “fill our cup” with gratitude and joy. If you still need some inspiration, here is a good post: 7 Creative Ways to Celebrate during Covid.

I love the idea of a gratitude journal or a notebook to collect your thoughts about what inspired you or made you happy in these most difficult moments. It is said that what we look for the most is what gets reflected back to us. So why not look for the good stuff every day? Make it a new practice to spend a little time every day or every week reflecting on that little moment that sparked gratitude and joy in your life and capture it on paper?  It could be anything from a beautiful sky to the kindness of another to the smile on someone’s face when someone helped them along the way. Here are some cool, easy tips on writing a journal plus a FREE Gratitude Journal Download HERE
